TULSA, OK – Officials with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol say a black car traveling eastbound on Highway 412 in Tulsa was involved in a fatal single-vehicle accident, reports KJRH.

According to authorities, the black car traveling east on Highway 412 exited the roadway and crashed into a nearby ditch. One motorist was ejected from the vehicle, though it is not yet clear whether it is the same motorist who was killed in the accident.

OHP troopers are investigating the crash and what led the black car to exit the roadway.

The on-ramp to Highway 412 at South 65th West Avenue was temporarily closed to traffic while officials responded to the scene.
