Oklahoma Man Sentenced to Prison for 2007 Crash

An Oklahoma man has recently been sentenced to prison and will have to pay nearly $40,000 in restitution for his role in head-on 2007 accident. The accident seriously injured an individual in the vehicle that the man struck.

The man will face 26 months in jail for the accident. The man was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. He had a blood alcohol concentration of nearly 0.24 which is nearly three times the legal limit.
