One hospitalized following Tulsa fire accident

TULSA, OK – Law enforcement officials in Tulsa were closed off 61st street following a collision that hospitalized one woman early Monday morning.

According to News on 6, the crash occurred on West 61st Street a few blocks east of Highway 75 before 5:00 a.m. Officials believe the woman’s vehicle went off of the road and collided into some rocks. She was ejected from the vehicle shortly before it caught fire.

The victim was taken to a local hosptial, her condition remains unknown at this time.

The fire was extinguished by Tulsa fire officials quickly. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
