One person in the hospital following multi-vehicle accident in NE OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to authorities, one person is in the hospital following a multi-vehicle accident on Northeast 23rd Street on Tuesday, reports FOX 25.

Oklahoma City police say the collision occurred between three vehicles traveling westbound on NE 23rd St. The first car attempted a stop, causing a trailing vehicle to swerve. Both cars then struck a third vehicle and were sent off the roadway where they crashed into an electrical pole.

One motorist was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment of injuries that are reportedly non life-threatening.
