Passenger Dead After Vehicle Collision

A passenger died after the car he was riding hydroplaned, a March 25 news article of The Edmund Sun reported.

The accident occurred in US-40, at 3:14 PM Tuesday. 70-year-old Dallas Gandy was driving his 2019 Nissan Altima when it hydroplaned and hit a tree. He was not injured by the collision, but his passenger, 74-year-old James Soulsby, was taken to St. Johns Hospital where he was admitted in stable condition.
