Pedestrian fatally struck by train in south Oklahoma City

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A pedestrian was killed after being struck by a train in south Oklahoma City Thursday morning.

According to KOCO, the accident occurred in the early morning hours along the tracks near Southwest 23rd Street and Shields Boulevard.

The circumstances leading up to the crash are unclear at this time. However, one person was pronounced dead at the scene.
