TULSA, OKLAHOMA- A pedestrian was killed on I-244 this morning on the west of downtown, News on 6 reported.

Oklahoma Highway patrol was called to an incident involving a slain pedestrian on I-244 at just before 7am this morning. Sand Springs resident, Daniel Hindman, aged 39 appeared to have been hit by multiple cars while attempting to cross the southbound lanes.
Law enforcement redirected traffic to 2nd St through downtown, which caused significant delays. We will continue to monitor the situation, and update as soon as we have more information.
