TULSA, OK – A man from Tulsa was sent to the hospital after being struck by a pickup trucking while riding a horse Monday morning.
According to News on 6, the incident took place when Matthew Sheets was riding his horse along 66th Street just outside of Lewis.
Troopers say Sheets was riding in a dark portion of the roadway when he was hit. He was transported to a local hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
