Piedmont home catches fire Monday afternoon

PIEDMONT, OK – The Piedmont Fire Department and the Oklahoma City Fire Department worked together Monday to contain a house fire.

According to News 9, the home on the 2000 block of Van Buren Avenue was up in smoke Monday afternoon.

At the time, no injuries were reported. Police are still investigating the cause of the fire.
