Police respond to injury collision near Tinker Elementary

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Police responded to a major collision southeast of downtown early Wednesday afternoon.

According to the Oklahoma City response and accident tracker, the accident took place at about 12:15 p.m. within the westbound lanes of Embers Drive near the intersection with South Sooner Road.

The cause of the crash is unclear at this time. At least one person was reportedly injured as a result. The severity of their injuries remains unclear at this time.
