OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – A crash involving six vehicles sent nine to the hospital and killed one person Tuesday afternoon, reports News 9.

The incident happened around 2 p.m. at the intersection of 10 St and Sooner Rd. Investigators say that Rickey Scott, 33, was speeding when he lost control and hit several cars.

One of the cars hit belonged to Jacquelin Williams. Williams said once the cars was struck, the force of the collision caused them to strike other cars. Williams’s vehicle did a 360 after it was hit.

Scott was the one who died from the crash. The nine who were injured were taken to the hospital by first responders.

Since Scott died, an investigation will not be held and no charges will be filed.
