Fire damages structures in Sand Springs

SAND SPRINGS, OK – A fire damaged a storage facility in Sand Springs on Sunday night.

The storage facility, located near West 61st Street and South 161st West Avenue, went up in flames at around 11:15 p.m. Sunday night.

When firefighters arrived at the scene of the fire, they found a building and a camper on fire. They were able to put out the fires and confirm that no one was inside the building.

News on 6 reported that it is unclear what started the fire in the first place. Fire crews are still investigating this case.
