Man injured when pickup strikes pole, rolls over in Guthrie

GUTHRIE, OK – One person was injured during a single-vehicle rollover accident in Guthrie yesterday afternoon, according to the Guthrie News Page.

The accident occurred in the 2800 block of S Pine Street at about 4:30 p.m., when the driver of a red pickup truck lost control of his vehicle.

The pickup went off the side of the road, then crashed into a pole, before overturning and coming to rest upside-down.

The male victim was taken to the hospital in Oklahoma City with undisclosed injuries.

Authorities closed the roadway for about an hour for the investigation and cleanup of the crash.

At least one person hurt during accident near Guthrie

GUTHRIE, OK (LOGAN COUNTY) – At least one person was injured during a collision in Logan County this afternoon, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred north of Guthrie, on northbound I-35, near mile marker 165, and resulted in the injury of at least one person, who has yet to be publicly identified.

The accident was reported by OHP at 1 p.m.

OHP did not specify the cause of the crash or the number of injuries that occurred.
