Teen motorcyclist suffers broken leg in SW Oklahoma City collision

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — An 18-year-old motorcyclist was injured Sunday evening when they crashed into another vehicle in southwest Oklahoma City’s Wingspread area, reports News9.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Southwest 89th Street and South May Avenue.

According to the Oklahoma City Police Department, the motorcyclist was traveling at a high rate of speed when hit the back of a car that was making a left turn.

The rider was taken to a local hospital with a broken leg, confirmed officials.

No other injuries wee reported, and no further information has been made available at this time.
