Three motorists injured in wrong way collision in NW OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – According to News on 9, three motorists were injured in a wrong way collision on Northwest 39th Street near the ramp to Interstate 44 on Sunday morning.

Officials with the Oklahoma City Police Department say a woman was driving the wrong way on NW 39th St in the eastbound lanes when her vehicle crashed into another near the ramp overpass to I-44.

The female driver and two men in the second vehicle suffered injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital. All are expected to recover.
