Tractor-trailer jackknifes and rolls over on I-35 in Purcell

PURCELL, OK – Firefighters and officials with the Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to a jackknifed semi-truck on I-35 in the early morning hours Tuesday.

According to News 9, the accident occurred as the result of slick road conditions on I-35 near Purcell sometime before 6 a.m.

No injuries have been reported as an immediate result of the crash. However, officials have advised motorists to proceed with extreme caution on highways during the upcoming storms.
