TULSA, OK – A Tulsa woman died after running a stop sign east of downtown early Sunday morning.
According to Tulsa World, the incident occurred within the 14400 block of East Pine Street near the intersection with North 145 E Avenue around 1:00 a.m.
Police say 38-year-old Michelle Cousins ran a stop sign and was struck by a vehicle traveling northbound. Cousins’ car left the roadway and rolled over, ejecting her in the process. She was pronounced dead by paramedics at the scene.
No other injuries were reported as a result of the collision.
