Update: New information released about deadly Halloween hit-and-run

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Video of a fatal accident on Halloween night was released to police and media today.

This an update to a recent blog post about the incident.

Alivia Gutierrez was killed Sunday after being hit by a car following a Halloween party held outside a salon. Gutierrez was pronounced dead at the scene. The suspect, Miguel Fuentes-Ramirez, was later arrested.

According to police, Fuentes-Ramirez ran over Guiterrez multiple times before he fled the scene. News 9 acquired a cellphone video of the incident. Several witnesses had footage of Fuentes-Ramirez at the crime scene near Southwest 59th Street and South Douglas Avenue.

A friend of Gutierrez’s spoke with KFOR and expressed her feelings about the accident, saying “You didn’t just hit her, but you hit her and took off.”
