UPDATE: One killed in semi crash in Caddo County

CADDO COUNTY, OK – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol released more information about a crash that left one dead yesterday on Interstate 40.

As previously reported, a semi-truck accident killed one person Monday afternoon.

News 9 has released additional information regarding the incident. The semi-truck which hit the victim was rear-ended by another truck. The collision forced the semi into another lane.

The driver of the semi was confirmed to be injured, but he was treated and released from the hospital. OHP is still investigating the accident.
