Woman dies weeks after Cleveland County DUI crash

CLEVELAND CO., OK – A 35-year-old woman died nearly two weeks after being critically injured in a suspected DUI crash near Slaughterville.

According to News 9, the fatal crash occurred on March 26th shortly after 8:30 p.m. along US-77 at 60th Street.

35-year-old Kelli Kinman was in a vehicle traveling north on US-77 when a southbound truck veered into the oncoming lane and struck their vehicle head-on. Kinman succumbed to her injuries at the hospital on April 8th.

The at-fault driver, 47-year-old Bruce Underwood died as a result of his injuries on March 31st. Police believe he may have been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
