Woman Involved In Fatal Hit-And-Run Identified

The woman who crashed into three people and died has been identified, a February 21 article of Fox 23 reported.

Tulsa police identified her as 22-year-old Valerie Elizabeth Gutierrez. She was involved in the incident that happened at 61st and 129th earlier. She left a nearby Triad Eye Clinic. However, employees tried to stop her as they were worried that she was experiencing some sort of medical incident. They tried to stop her, but she was able to leave. Later, Gutierrez hit three people while driving home using GPS. Then, she hit a semi at the intersection of 129th and 61st, causing her death.
